My Story

I began my career in healthcare as a health coach when I first moved to New York City in my early 20's, and the experience opened my eyes to the changes that are possible when we take ownership of our relationship to our health. After those formative experiences, I knew I wanted a larger scope of practice with a deeper skill set for this type of work.

I didn't want to be a clinician who just looked at your back if your back hurt. I wanted to provide the type of care that lived at the intersection of your physical, mental, and emotional experiences.

Somatic Experiencing, movement rehabilitation, and acupuncture can be powerfully effective when their shared roots are recognized and used in junction with each other.
